HOW IT WORKS
6:00PM Check-In
Teams should arrive by 6PM to check-in and make payments.
6:15PM Mini Golf Round
2 teams will be paired together to play the 18 hole round. Team "A" will keep team "B" score and vice versa. All groups will start on hole one and play through 18. Groups will be sent out one right after the other. Groups are expected to not slow down pace of play. Our goal is to get all of the groups started by 6:45PM. Scoring is combined score. For example - "Max shot a 52 and Ashley shot a 51, their score is 103"
7:45PM Corn Hole Round Robin
We will play a 3 game round robin. Teams will be randomly paired to play against each other. Games will be played to 21 and will have a 15 minute maximum length. If the game doesn't reach 21 in 15 minutes, the game will end as the score is. Scoring will be wins and losses and then points differential. For example - "Max and Ashley won 2 games and lost 1, they scored a combined 51 pts and had a combined 41 pts scored against them, their record is 2 and 1 with a +10 points differential."
8:45 Champion Crowning
We will award the tournament champion and give out other prizes! Each team will receive points for the position they finish in both events. For example - "Max and Ashley finished in 4th place in mini golf and in 6th place in corn hole. They have 10 points" The team with the lowest point total wins!
Other Information
This event is sponsored by Jones Beach Brewing. Each team will receive complementary beers by Jones Beach. The cost to enter is $75 per team. Payments can be made with CC or Cash at Sayville Falls, the day of the event. We will have live music 5:30-8:30PM.
